Great food and atmosphere.

Food was delicious!! We were up for a golf outing and had a recommendation to try it! Anytime I am in the area I will definitely be back!!

Prices were weird - I paid $7.99 for French onion soup but all the other soup was $5.99, therefore I expected it to knock my socks off; it did not.I paid $10.99 for fried white cheddar bites appetizer and for that price I was expecting more since it's the price of a small meal.

Casual brewpub. Great burgers, Pizza & diverse menu. Beers crafted by CMU students. Live music in the evening.

Delicious! Service was friendly and fun. They have trivia nights if that's your jam. Prices are rather high. A gorgeous wooden interior with relaxing mood lighting.

This was my first time visiting Hunter's Ale House, therefore I didn't really know what to expect. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience. The service was prompt and the server was friendly. I had a difficult time deciding what to order since so many items sounded delicious! I ended up ordering the meathead thin crust Artisan pizza. Oh my, if your into thin crust pizzas you must give their pizzas a try!! I promise you won't be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Hunter’s for years, but I feel that they have lowered their standards recently. My service tonight was comical. We had to ask the hostess for a waiter after having been at our booth for over 20 minutes. Our waitress did not know the menu, not even the ingredients of the promoted menu cocktails. We were constantly told that they were understaffed and busy, however, we watched a table beside us arrive, order drinks, food, and even pay all before we even got our food. Also, why would you be short staffed on a Friday night? We even saw what appeared to be a manager ask the table beside us (group of 6) how they were doing, overlooking us completely (group of 2). It’s not the Hunter’s it used to be.

Yummy food. Good service. Highly recommend the artichoke dip and chips!

I recently moved to Mount. Pleasant and have been coming here for awhile now. There is great food, friendly staff,and fun activities almost every night.My friends and I love Tuesday night Trivia and it's taken pretty seriously by everyone there. Karaoke Wednesdays are also a lot of fun the only night that I've tried that wasn't my favorite was the sushi night on Thursdays. I love sushi, but sushi from a bar maybe isn't the best idea. I tried it and it just wasn't for me, but all the other food her is great.

Pizza is really good, but the service is really hit or miss. Sometimes you'll have someone who's on top of their game and is constantly checking on you. Other days you'll have someone keep a little extra of your change. Usually go for trivia on Tuesday nights which is always a good time. Basically all comes down to the service you get, which unfortunately is very inconsistent

Great craft beer bar. Fun, laid back atmosphere. Good food, but not going to change your life. Consistently great service and great bar selection/knowledgeable staff. A top bar in the surrounding area for sure. Great place for a low-key business lunch or fun night out with friends.

Want to shoot pool and play darts and a fun atmosphere this is the place to go

Thoroughly enjoyed this one. The beer was incredible (had the Black Stallion, very malty and yummy), and the portabello burger with vegetables tasty, too. Dinner companions had fish and chips and an order of wings. Portions are huge and pricing absolutely fair--great for a college town. Would absolutely go back!

While the beer selection was awesome, the choice of liquor was plenty and the smells coming out of the kitchen exquisite (I didn’t eat this time), the atmosphere was great, the only reason 5 starts was not given out was a simple reason of then not taking Discover. I rely on my discover card for most purchases and discover not being a new company its actually hard to find a place that doesn’t take it. Besides that hiccup, awesome place!! And will be back for sure!

I've been to this place a few times now and I love the variety of beer offered. The service is always good and fast for how busy they always seem to be. I love the hunter sticks and the knots with beer cheese appetizers. Next time I'm trying their hand-tossed pizza. Would recommend to anyone, they always have fun events going on during the week as well.

I stopped in here for lunch with some friends. The food was decent and reasonably priced. We did have a couple issues with our orders but the waiter immediately took care of the issues. I would return again to eat.

Wings were good but a little pricey. Pizza was ok. I really liked the Coaches golden beer, kudos to the CMU brewers.

I’m impressed with their beer selection and quality. I highly recommend the Mac&Cheese; it’s the 2nd best I’ve had anywhere. The cheese curds had an awesome raspberry sauce. Chicken Tenders were nice and juicy. Coleslaw was below average, but the fries were excellent. Overall, the quality was excellent, but 100% of the items were overpriced for their quality. Another tragedy of awesome product but poor value.

Place is only okay, their beer garden is really cool, but DO NOT GO HERE FOR LIQUOR DRINKS. They serve the cheapest liqour and assume that you want well drinks, not just specials, but things like regular captain and cokes.

Great band on friday night 11/1/19 Freak Daddy made the night super fun!! They were awesome. Margarita was a too underblended. Had big chuncks of ice that you couldn't drink thru the tiny straws they give w/the drink. Food alright could have been hotter in temp wise. Servers are all really great people love to see them everytime.

Amazing pizza, fun beers, and a great selection of entrees. I have never had anything I didn't like here. The staff is always attentive, even when it is super busy when college is in session. One of my favorite places in Mount Pleasant!

Overpriced, and overhyped. It's never once been clean whenever I've been there. The staff always acts like you're a inconvenience to them; like I'm not generating their income. Sub-par liquor selection for the price range

Nice atmosphere, outside seating, live music on a Thursday. food is mediocre, my fish and chips looks like from a box frozen, risotto and chicken is average. Most beer is average, some above average. Food is over priced for quality.

Enjoyed the cajun chicken club. Fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was another favorite. No complaints from our table of 7.

They have great customer service! Wings came out too done. Gladly replaced them with new ones and comped them, which they didn't have to do. Great atmosphere and people!

Risotto was pretty good, but a little overpriced $16. Fish and chips was frozen sticks, like Long John Silvers - definitely not what you expect or want for $15.49. Beer was decent, patio was nice, especially with live music. But, be warned they are LOTS of beetles on the patio, especially once dusk hits.

The pizza was OUTSTANDING. The bartender was very cool and great. The beer was fun and awesome. Such a great place.
